Fishing again!

Another family day of fishing here in the South, so if ya love outdoor activities then you'll love it here cause really not much else to do. Luckily we love to hunt and fish so here is Joslyn's second fish she caught, it was about a 16-17 inch bass so a lot bigger than the first one! Special thanks to Mike and Ladonna our good friends who let us come fish out at their Lake and made a fun day for us and the kids.

Sick family

Dustin here, for those who keep looking at our blog that hasn't been updated and wonder what we are doing well it's that we are getting over the stomache flu I believe started in AZ. Joslyn got it about 8 hours before we were to arrive home on our drive back so the back seat had to be shampoo and cleaned from her puking all over it, lol. She had it for about 7 days then Lexy got it for about a week, then I got it and it sucks. Then Aimee got it last week and is still getting over it in the final phase of it. SO lot's of rest and puking here in KY but were all feeling better and Aimee almost is feeling better. We all just had to ride it out, so here's another military video just for entertainment until we get more family pictures on here. And a side note Joslyn and Lexy can now officially sing the Barney I love you song in Spanish, we'll record it sometime, later.

Some big toys

Anthony asked me awhile back after he watched the military channel if I had ever shot some of the big weapons. Here is a 50 cal rifle I shot and a M249(SAW) video of me shooting the M249 at the bottom of the blog, enjoy.

Fishing

Lexy jumping for joy with some help!! But they love it

Daddy gets a workout throwing them up high on the trampoline.

Joslyn had no fear whatsoever of the fish, she grab it right out of the river when she caught it and even helped clean it, and helped mommy cook it Lexy wasn't so sure!

Mommy gets to cook it!

Straight out of the river, measured at 11inches, bass she was runner up in her age group for the biggest fish!

Joslyn's very first fish, daddy was proud of his little princess. There were tons of people all around being loud and just throwing there lines out in the middle of the river, I took Joslyn by a tree where it was a little more hidden for the fish and more grass and sticks for them to hide in. Within 10 minutes she caught this one with a simple worm on a hook. We fished some more but nothing else then had a barbeque and lot's of fun, Lexy will catch the next one, hey hun remember in the white mountains when we went fishing in the river! hehe Aimee tried to throw me in the river the water was freezing

There were rides, slides, petting zoo, horse rides, face painting and food, so a fun day and the girls had a blast, this is the most Lexy has smiled in a picture, enjoy
